Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India (prepaid and COD orders).

Processing time: Your order is printed and quality-checked after purchase. Processing takes 2-4 business days.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. In total, expect your order within 5-10 business days. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your address and phone number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will be payable by you.

Delays: Delays caused by couriers, weather, or high order volume are outside our control, but we’ll help you track your parcel. Contact support@renoure.in if you haven’t received it within 12 business days.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase or before they go into production, whichever is earlier. Once printing starts, we can’t cancel because each item is custom-made.
